Randal Stout has graduated from Leadership
Grapevine, a continuing education class provided by the Grapevine
Chamber of Commerce.
The course is designed to teach members of the
community how their local government works. During the course of the
class, students visited all facets of Grapevine’s internal workings
including: the independent school district, city manager, police
department, fire department, tourism, parks and recreation, water
department, waste management, historical society and city works
departments.
Graduates from the Leadership Grapevine often take
the next step and run for local political office.
